Description
On the evening of Monday, June 18, 2001, a tornado struck the extreme northwestern Wisconsin Village of Siren, without any warning from the town's siren. This post-disaster study one week after the storm helps to understand the nature of local warnings and responses on the periphery of a tornado damage path.
